Ayanokōji’s Social Influencing section is currently incomplete, as it only covers Deception and Instilling Fear. Based on the recent feats in Y3V3 it's clear that his Leadership and Charisma are also at the top of the verse. He doesn't just intimidate people, he has shown he can stabilize a group and gain absolute trust through high-level psychological groundwork. I've gathered the scans below to back up these additions. The scans may be excessive and unnecessarily long; please excuse that. I could have included even more, but...

In the Y3V3 island exam, the stakes are at an all-time high since defeat carries a direct risk of expulsion. During the tense discussion regarding the team's strategy, specifically how roles like Commander, Guard, and VIP should be assigned and the logic behind them, Ayanokoji takes full control.

Scan-1

Context: The class is under heavy pressure because losing the island exam means someone gets expelled. Since Ayanokōji is a newcomer, there is natural resistance to his leadership, especially regarding such a high-stakes "death sentence" decision.

Ayanokoji starts by bringing up the worst-case scenario (expulsion) before the exam even begins. He intentionally triggers "sharp tension" and "instinctive recoil" among his classmates. By doing this he forces the group's hidden fears to the surface, making them emotionally vulnerable.

I'm actually unsure whether this feat is "Instigating Fear" or "Coercion" On one hand he is driving the characters into a state of fear to affect their confidence—a ability already of his existing ability. On the other hand, by forcing the class to decide on a sacrifice "in advance," he is effectively cornering them into a situation where they must comply with his upcoming "solution." It leans towards Coercion because he is setting up a framework where the students have no choice but to follow his lead to avoid personal risk.

He identifies the "unspoken sentiment"—that no one wants to volunteer—and uses this predictable human nature to dismantle the class’s resistance to his newcomer status.

Scan-2

Context: After the class rejects the idea of choosing a sacrifice, Ayanokoji suddenly declares that he will be the one to be expelled if they lose. This leads to a stunned silence and shocks even Mashima sensei.

As stated in the text, "They needed a foundation—a concrete reason to believe victory was possible." Ayanokōji doesn't just motivate them with words; he provides a psychological safety net. By assuming full accountability for a potential defeat, he neutralizes the class's fear of expulsion. "By providing the psychological safety net necessary for the team to function under extreme pressure, Ayanokōji fulfills the 'Leadership' application of Social Influencing, specifically by 'motivating a person or a team and making them more confident' through the establishment of a concrete strategic foundation."

Scan-3

Context: After establishing the overall strategy, Ayanokoji evaluates the potential of his classmates. When Shimazaki, an orthodox model student, volunteers for the Commander role, Ayanokoji acknowledges his initiative. Instead of dismissing him, he entrusts Shimazaki with the role to boost the groups synergy, while simultaneously managing Shimazaki’s personal emotions to ensure peak performance.

Ayanokoji recognizes Shimazaki’s "forward-facing determination" as a valuable asset. By respecting his subordinate's resolve and entrusting him with heavy responsibility, he demonstrates a key aspect of Leadership: the ability to recognize individual potential and implement a structure where his team feels valued. This directly aligns with the VSBW criteria of "implementing a strategy and plans for the success of a team or an individual."

Ayanokoji identifies that Shimazaki harbors feelings for Shiraishi. He strategically assigns Shiraishi as the primary point of contact under the guise of "making things easier." This is a masterly use of Social Influencing to manipulate personal emotions for a tactical advantage, ensuring Shimazaki remains highly motivated.

By taking the "final responsibility" onto himself, he makes Shimazaki's expression "soften slightly." This proves his ability to make others "trust in him or believe them wholeheartedly," transforming a rigid student into a dedicated asset through mere reassurance.

Ayanokoji bullying Kei

Ayanokoji utilizes Karuizawa Kei’s greatest fear—the exposure of her past—as leverage. His statement, 'If you don't do as I say, I can expose you,' is a textbook example of the VSBW definition of Coercion (forcing someone into an action through threats). He systematically dismantles Kei’s physical and mental resistance by issuing orders designed to break her dignity (such as forcing her to spread her legs), leading to her total submission.

Ryuen realized Kei's fear vanishedhttps://imgur.com/a/0pkYbyg

Feat: During the rooftop incident, Ayanokoji’s arrival instantly neutralizes the extreme fear and trauma Ryūen had inflicted on Kei Karuizawa

This is a crucial feat for Charisma and Social Influencing. Remarkably at this point, Kei has not witnessed any physical feats or intellectual displays from Ayanokoji that would logically guarantee her safety. Her trust is purely instinctive, triggered by his presence.

This demonstrates Ayanokoji’s ability to neutralize fear in his allies purely through his presence. His social influence acts as a direct counter to others' fear-based manipulation, effectively "overwriting" the psychological dominance established by other high-tier manipulators like Ryuuen. It proves his aura of reliability is powerful enough to stabilize the mental state of a victim under extreme duress, granting them absolute confidence without the need for immediate evidence of competence.

Additional Feats:

Ayanokoji acts as a "buffer" for the Horikita's moral standing by taking the initiative in cruel but necessary decisions. During the expulsion of Airi Sakura, he personally stepped forward to nominate her as the candidate with the lowest contribution, shielding Horikita from the social backlash of betraying a friend. Similarly, he orchestrated the expulsion of Maezono during the exam. Horikita, reflecting on these past events, experiences a crisis of confidence in her own leadership, realizing that Ayanokoji has been stabilizing the class’s hierarchy by absorbing all the collective hatred and handling the burden of "necessary evils" himself.

Even with suppressed performance data provided by the White Room instructors, students from subsequent generations viewed Ayanokoji as a god-like figure. Many believed he was a fictional character created to motivate them, leading to a cult-like worship within the facility. This demonstrates Charisma on a scale that transcends physical interaction; his mere reputation is powerful enough to dictate the psychological limits and motivation of elite individuals he has never even met.

Summary of Proposed Changes

I propose to expand the Social Influencing section by adding the following applications:

Add Leadership: Proven by his ability to establish a psychological foundation for a group under extreme pressure (Y3V3), recognizing and delegating roles based on individual potential (Shimazaki), and stabilizing class hierarchy by absorbing collective hatred (Sakura & Maezono expulsions)

Add Charisma: His ability to instantly neutralize psychological trauma and "overwrite" established fear-based influences (Ryūen's) purely through his presence. Gaining absolute trust from allies (Kei) without providing any immediate evidence of his physical or intellectual competence. Influencing the mental limits of subsequent White Room generations purely through his "God-like" reputation and suppressed data.

Add Coercion: Demonstrated by dismantling an individual’s will using high-stakes threats (social exposure) to ensure total submission (Vol. 4)

Add Social Position & Reputation: Establishing an absolute status of reliability and authority in a high-stakes environment, allowing him to control the group's collective actions through the reputation he built during the exam. Influencing the mental limits and motivation of subsequent generations purely through his "God-like" reputation and suppressed data

Also, i don't think you need a CRT for this

You can edit the profile since the things you are proposing are already in the profile, you will just be adding new feats or making better elaborations
