Except if Theory gets close enough Vinnie is beyond ****** as he's baseline peak human in LS, is at a solid skill disadvantage seeing as he's just "Soldier/very good mobster" in melee, his gifted comes from gunplay.

Now I will note that if Theory pisses Vinnie off chances are Vinnie lets up even less, cause the last dude besides Frankie the fly who pissed Vinnie off... he shot with an anti-tank gun.
