Unless I am wrong, it's said that even those with higher AP can be defeated by someone with lower AP, but has more potent Hax (Unless the former has resistance to said Hax)

But is it possible for someone who has higher AP to bypass said Hax with raw AP alone? Like the higher the AP, the more powerful you are against said Hax?

I'm sure I'm wrong on this, just crossed my mind
