Following.
Considering these two fought each other in past, they both likely have an idea of how the other fights. However Atreus has changed a lot after 3 years as he's obviously much more independent, not to mention he has two new elemental attacks (Sound and Sigil arrows) that Sigrun has never experienced before. He's also had more experience fighting Valkyries and can potentially predict Sigrun's attacks by reading her thoughts.

But I think Atreus' best wincon is the bear as he was able to stomp Hrist and Mist alongside his father, who I'm pretty sure are stronger than Sigrun.

So for now, I think I'll vote Atreus

Atreus has a far better sense of Sigrun's capabilities than the latter does him, considering that he's not only seen her abilities firsthand but fought several Valkyries besides her. On top of that, he can slow down time to attack, has sonic and sigil arrows to stun and induce status effects, and can shapeshift into a form significantly more powerful than Sigrun.

Sigrun has the experience and combat advantage and has flight for mobility, on top of the powers of the other Valkyries. But that's not likely to be enough.

Atreus takes it.
