Round 2: Win via incapitation

Round 3: Win via kill or incapitation

Both characters are bloodlusted on Round 3. Asura is fully raged on both Rounds 1 and 2.

Goku probably wins all three rounds, due to seemingly superior stats all round

Vastly superior in all stats as Asura only peaks out at possibly 3-B. Goku is at least 3-B, and on the higher end of it, no less. Even if SSJG was used instead of the stronger SSB form, Goku would still beat Asura.

@Penguin: Then this match would be a stomp cause once Goku uses's SSBKK (especially using the x10 multiplier of that), he'd end up as 3-A.

If anything, SSJG Goku is more of a fair fight as while he's technically on the higher end of the spectrum of 3-B, SSJG is weaker than the more powerful SSB form.
