Quick calc time.

Volume of Empire State Builing is 37 million cubic feet or 1047723m3 which is 1.047723E+12 cm3

However since its a building we assume that around 80% is hollow(empty space) so 1.047723E+12 x 0.2 = 2.095446E+11

2.095446E+11 x 69 = 1.44585774E+13 or Small Town level
