Been couple years since super but I highly doubt he would start with ki blasts if he see's someone singing. I think he would probaly listen a second or clap his hands cause he likes it. Then its too late.
I hate Zeno threads cause every single one will be 2 pages arguring about how he fights cause we have very little of how he would fight comparablely.

Well we have instances of Ki pulverising people but they themselves have resistances to soul damage due to Ki being inside everyone so we dont really know what would happen to a person without Ki

FRom my key experience of debating wincons in discord against like Lifeism and Astral, you would need to show resistances or else the hax effects you. We cant really quantify a limitation logic for DB's soul damage since everyone in the verse resists to soul damage

If you want a result of dura neg attack, dont think can be shown in dragon ball since everyone resists that same dura neg attack. Every hax follows the instant effects logic unless the verse shows otherwise which dragon ball hasn't. Unless ofc you wanna say something like Hakai cant be used to instantly vaporise someone without EE resists because Dragon ball hasn't shown it which personally would lead to excessive need for evidence
