Yes, they’re basically just extensions of a person’s body like an arm or leg. Or like how spiders make silk, someone shoots acid.

But does that count as magic or not in the context of this fight. Cause that matters a lot.

No, I don't believe they count as magic.

They're a biological ability, not tied to things like mana or whatever Black Clover uses. During some AFO fights, it was agreed he could probably steal Biological Super Powers, but magical or similar powers cannot be stolen by him. So it seems like we do separate Quirks from magical abilities.

I don't know anything about Black Clover, but Quirks shouldn't fall under magic in this case.

Asta has the AP advantage, but it’s not by a lot at all (100 vs 155) and is countered by the absurd Range difference.

Asta is hard pressed to touch Deku due to flying + precog, but Deku being able to touch him is doubtful due to Instinctive Reaction, depending on how good it is long term I suppose.

Deku has him beat in LS by a wide margin, so Blackwhip is GG if it lands. They both have Analytical Prediction, so that’s moot.

Leaning Deku. They both share a lot of the same qualities in terms of predicting the opponent and avoiding attacks, but Deku has Asta beat in the ranged game alongside his True Flight. I just don’t see how Asta gets to him or manages to avoid Blackwhip forever.

If anti magic doesn’t work on quirks then Deku wins. BoS asta has literally nothing other then swords and anti magic.

Does BoS have instinctive reaction and all those other abilities? I’d say he has quite an arsenal even against someone without magic, Deku just circumvents a lot of it

My arguments from before still kinda stand even then though. Asta can’t really do anything to Deku the whole fight while he’s just flying around.

Using the 7-B versions just gives Deku better range and AoE tbh.

The fairest fight that can happen would probably be 45% vs second key, and even that just goes the same way.
