Yeah. This ends two ways.

Oni punches. It's fist merges with The Things skin. Oni is helpless as Thing assimilates.

2. Oni bites its head off. The Thing assimilates all the flesh in its mouth and slowly suffocates it while assimilatimg the rest of its body, assuming the Thing doesn't just pop out of its stomach or neck like a chest buster.

The only way Oni survives is if it runs away.
