Assess the character's power level

I would like to hear an opinion about the character's power level, based on the following quotes from the work:

"Yes, at first you will destroy everything. It's inevitable. You'll start with a planet—it will collapse under your will. Then the solar system—the star will go out, the planets will crumble to dust. The galaxy will collapse into a point, and then the entire universe—everything you know, everything you hate, everything that once hurt you—will disappear."

"And then you'll move on to others. Universes, worlds, realities—everything that exists beyond your understanding. You will become their devourer. Their god."

"You are not limited by any kind of magic. Forget about the elements, spells, circles, and all that other nonsense. You possess supermagic. Supermagic allows everything. Literally everything. You can wish for anything—and it will appear. It doesn't matter what you think. Want fire? There will be fire. Want time to stop? It will stop. "Do you want to resurrect the dead? He will be resurrected."
"Logan was inside a mountain.
Logan lay sprawled in the void, arms and legs spread out like a star unfurling its rays. His body tensed, muscles bulged, bones cracked, and he screamed.

It wasn't a cry of pain. It was a cry of release. He struck the walls of the void—and the void began to crack.

The black walls were covered in a web of cracks. At first thin, barely noticeable, then deeper and deeper, spreading in all directions. The emptiness that had been absolute suddenly became vulnerable.

The top of the mountain was covered in cracks. They grew before our eyes, spreading in all directions like the roots of an ancient tree. Stone chunks broke off and fell, raising clouds of crimson dust.

And then the mountain exploded.

Not just cracked—it exploded from within, throwing tons of rock and ash into the sky."
"Logan whispered, mostly to himself:
Have I really traveled back in time?

And suddenly—a voice. Quiet but distinct, it rang out right in his head. The voice of Morpheus.
No. You're in the same time frame. Hell is just outside of time—just like it's outside of space.

Logan winced. He hadn't expected to hear that voice after everything that had happened.
"Morpheus?" he asked, surprise laced in his voice. "Didn't expect to hear you again. So... everything that happened in Hell happened instantly?"

Yes, Morpheus replied, a slight note of approval in his voice. "You're right. Outside of time, there's no such thing as 'before' or 'after.' Only 'now.'
"Logan bent his knees, tensed his muscles, and launched himself into the air. The speed was inhuman. In a split second, he covered the distance separating them and found himself right in front of Beelzebub."
"He made a jerk. The shadow disappeared from the spot, and in a split second it was already far away - swift, invisible, deadly."
"He lunged forward, clenching his fists, concentrating all his new strength into a single blow. The wings behind him flared, accelerating his movement. The ground beneath his feet cracked with every step."

"Now he possessed not only super-magic—the kind that gave him superpowers and more. Now he possessed Chaos magic. A force that destroyed and led matter to disintegration and eternal oblivion."
