Kiritsugu stomps with just his Thompson Contender and without becoming a counter guardian because not only would she want to get hurt becasue she almost neer doges, just takng and blocking attacks wold get her killed by him. Hell give him pre-time and make him a counter gardian and he could defeat the entire DXD team easily.
