Both Thanos and Asriel have time, soul, reality, matter, and energy manipulation, but Thanos takes this to an higher extent with other powers coming from the Infinity Gauntlet such as space, power, and mind manipulation. He could rip all of the souls out, copy all of his powers, devolve him, revert him to his natural state, etc. Also with the Soul Gem, he can't be hurt by Soul-based attacks. Not only that, but I think Thanos has a higher AP than Asriel as well.


In their differences of powers, Asriel has Power Null and Determination, but his Power Null isn't really that good and his Determination will get negated by the Power Gem or Reality Gem.
