Ash pikachu anime degradation

An Ash's Pikachu with a high 3-A rating probably doesn't exist.

For starters, this doesn't happen in the anime. It's a strange mix of scaling between the anime and the video game, which blatantly contradicts what we see.
Necrozma was left very weak after giving birth to his world.

Not even close to a 3-A rating. Pikachu and Tapu Koko definitely don't scale to Ultra Necrozma. Did they ever agree on who the 3-A scale comes from? That's where everything scales to?

The Pokemon scalers here at vsbw have already decided some things regarding anime and game canon and if they can be used together. However, it should be noted that the argument presented by you doesn't make quite a lot of sense as the High 3-A scale comes from the fact that it was able to harm UN who in which absorbed all the light in the ultra-verse, which is infinite in 3-D Size. I don't see this as a reasonable antifeat because of the fact that this was BEFORE UN.

One thing, but the only thing that was accepted was shared cosmology and some general species. The rest was case by case, and in this case, I don't think it's fair. It scales to a large number of shared Anti-feats.
In fact, it was able to harm UN who absorbed all the light in the Ultra-verse, which is infinite in 3-D size.
This feat wasn't made into an anime. Necrozma didn't absorb anything in Ultra-space.
Second, because Pikachu and others don't have anything that scales to Necrozma
