This is tough one...
Ash has elemental abilities like fire, ice, electricity and energy manipulation which could get nice combination and edge in battle, but in other hand..
Dark Spider had spidermans precognition which is helpfull for surpise attacks. Thee also paralyzing spines and fangs, which could be problem to Ash...
Correct me if i am wrong...
Dark Spider keeps his distance and try shoot webs first, but i think Ash can block them with his swords and sword skills. This causes Dark Spider come closer combat which is propably better to Ash, as i think Ash can combine his manipulations with close combat, i am rigth?
Then, if we take enviromental damage to count too and laboratory ligths go out. This could give edge to dark spider, because he has night vision, but Ash would then use flashbang to ligth are and also blind Dark Spider. But Dark Spider precognition would kick in and he could evade strikes and figth goes on until there is dark again and then i believe that Black spider has edge in this battle for victory.
I think Ash would come top after hard figth because his elemental manipulation, teleportion ( i am sure Ash can use after figthing in laboratory while) and better stamina.
But i leave joker here..
I give my vote Ash if we don`t count enviromental destruction..
I give my vote to Dark Spider, if we count it, because i believe if ligths go out and laboratory goes dark (i suppose there is no windows in this laboratory, or is there?) Dark spider can do sneak attack and paralyze Ash and it`s over then...
