Arthas speech

"You no longer have to sacrifice for your people. You no longer have to bear the weight of your crown. I've taken care of everything." "

Somebody misunderstood it. It was Ner'zhul TO Arthas. Arthas didnt say it. (Ner'zhul told him this, so he could easly kill his father without remorse)

He has many good speech even as a Death Knight. or as the Lich King, but its not his.
~ Arthas before murdering his father

There is this part of the wiki where Ner'zhul does say that quote, instead of Arthas, so your suggestion can be implemented.

There is this quote stated by Arthas/Lich King as well

No we. No one tells me what to do. I've got everything I need from you—now the power is mine and mine alone. Now there is only I. I am the Lich King. And I am ready.
~ After consuming Ner'zhul and banishing his humanity
So if you want to replace quotes for Arthas or something, replace it with the one I've written down or something.

You have a point it certainly does make more sense if Ner'zul is talking to Arthas. I will look for some other quotes from Arthas but the one Lina posted is not bad as well.

The WoW Wiki does state that Ner'zhul says it, not Arthas.

However, if this quote were to be kept instead of being changed...

  • Arthas before murdering his father
can be changed to this.

  • Ner'zhul to Arthas
or something.
