Arknights Main Page rework

Alright this is my first CRT, so I'm hoping I don't screw anything up. This one's fairly simple, I'm just slightly adjusting the Arknights VS Wiki page, mainly just the characters/operators section. After a bit of talk on the discord we decided to name them by factions instead of the previous class roles. Here's my revised version, that's all. More CRT's will be coming in the future
