Arima takes both. Arima's own abilities surpass Deathstroke, and because Arima is Half Human/Ghoul, Deathstrokes weapons won't do damage.

I think Arima win here with low diff,both have an very good experience,both are very skilled,etc.

And as the other people said Irish,if Deathstroke weapon won't do a damage is an NLF.

Arima wins for me because of better weapons and superior fighting ability. Nurakami would one shot Deathstroke if you look at times when Arima fought Shachi and Kaneki his reaction time was beyond perfect. Deathstroke if fodder compared to him,

If DS was equipped with something fast and powerful, than he may stand a chance. Otherwise, the usual Deathstroke is fodder when compared to a beast like Arima
