What is an atavist?
Atavist (先せん祖ぞ返がえり, Senzogaeri) is a term used for individuals in Tortus who have the ability to either directly manipulate their own mana, or can use any spell without the need for any magical formation. For this reason, they are believed to be the descendants of the gods (most commonly believed to Ehit's descendants). In reality, they are the descendants of beings from another world that ruled over Tortus long ago with their incredible power.
He could use magic from the age of the gods. The magic that, according to legend, the gods had used when they still walked the earth. The only people who could use it now were Atavists, who had inherited the gods’ blood. Zero Vol 1 p45
Clairvoyance:
The woman was staring at a section of the Azure Lands over five hundred kilometers away. Her special magic—Familiar Contract—allowed her to share the senses of monsters and animals she’d bonded to, and she was currently looking through the eyes of one of her birds that she’d stationed in the swamp. She could even talk through that bird, though she could only say a few stilted words. Zero Vol 6 p234

Corrosion inducement:
"Corrosion powers?” Laus muttered as he watched his coat turn black and crumble into nothingness.

That was the knight Torres’s special magic, Angelic Death. It corroded anything he touched with it. If he wanted to, he could expand his mana, causing everything in an area around him to wither and die. ZVol 5 p195

Damage transfer:
Niety’s special magic was Martyrdom, and that was what had allowed her to stab Diene in the chest. Her magic allowed her to share her own injuries with someone else. ZVol 6 p51

Limited Density manipulation :
"Repent your sins!” A bald knight, Troop Sergeant Baltos Goldy, charged Ned, his greatsword held overhead. Ned grimaced. Baltos possessed the special magic, The Weight of Responsibility, which allowed him to freely manipulate the weight of anything he touched. The amount at which he could alter something’s weight was dependent on how much mana he poured into it so he could only gradually adjust objects’ weight during battle. Zero Vol 2 p224

Damage boost & Vibration manipulation:
Angol’s swing had been enhanced with his special magic, Pulverize. It allowed him to vibrate objects at a super-high frequency, exponentially upping their destructive potential. Zero Vol 3 p327

Limited Extrasensory perception & Precognition:
This knight’s special magic was Revelation. It gave her the power to instinctively sense the best move to make in any given situation. It wasn’t as clear as seeing the future, but rather more of a vague feeling of what to do. Zero Vol 2 p228

Explosion manipulation:
The man was the captain of the Esperado branch’s combat squad, Arsel Blare. Normally, he ran a fireworks shop in the city, but he was a capable fighter and possessed the special magic Explosion, which let him create an explosive blast anywhere within a set distance. Zero Vol 5 p127

Elemental manipulation:
her entire body started glowing red-hot.

“Oh, is that your special magic?”

“It’s called Inflame, Oscar Orcus. And it’ll melt even your bones!”

Lestina drew her swords and charged at Oscar. The flames around her were so hot they’d burned away her clothes. She looked like a person made of magma. ZVol 3 p311
“Howlstorm!”

Unlike most other beastmen, he was able to use magic. His name was Nirke Zouk, and he was the commander of the republic’s aerial division. The special magic he possessed was called Galeforce, and it allowed him to manipulate the wind. One of the many abilities he’d developed with it was Howlstorm, an attack that allowed him to shoot a tornado out of his mouth.

The spiral of wind destroyed the barrage of light arrows with ease. ZVol 4 p26
It was this special magic of hers, Thunderclap, that had allowed her to rise to the position of Templar Knight commander at the young age of 27. Not only could she cast lightning magic instantly without incantations, but she could also cover herself in lightning, ZVol 4 p28
Sui’s special magic, Refraction, allowed her to bend the light around her, making her invisible. On top of that, she was a rabbitman, a member of the cowardly race that was most adept at hiding their presence. ZVol 4 p32
On top of all that, Bakara was using his special magic, Quicksand, to ruin Morcus’s footing, while Solas threw a barrage of scalpels at him. Zero Vol 6 p57

Elemental intagibility:
Zebal used his own special magic, Liquefaction, to turn his arm into a blade of water and launched a counterattack against Sui. ZVol 4 p32
"I’ll keep the explanation simple,” Oscar said as he watched the knights start to wreathe themselves in mana. Quite a few of them had special magic that transformed their bodies, similar to Lilith and Zebal. Several knights were turning into ice, or flames, or wind, for example. Among all the flashes of white mana though, Darrion’s mana stood out as it glowed golden. ZVol 6 p147

Fear manipulation:
Diese’s special magic was Doomsday Sermon. When he activated it, everyone around him was struck by a crippling terror. They didn’t see hallucinations or anything, they were simply assailed by an inexplicable fear. And even with the debuff reversal that Adel had activated, this fear couldn’t be nullified. It was because this fear had slowed the beastmen down that the knights had been able to break through so easily. ZVol 6 p105

Fire manipulation & Homing attack:
"Tch. I’ll purge you myself! Divine Blaze!”

Araym created a whirlwind of white flames. The whirlwind then split into a hundred lances of fire, all of which hurtled toward Meiru, scorching the air as they passed.

This was Araym’s special magic, Divine Blaze. It was this magic that had elevated him to the position of division commander. Not only was it a peerless spell, but it also granted Araym unparalleled affinity for fire magic. Zero Vol 2 p231

Immortality type 2:
Kimaris’s special magic was Death March. Whoever he cast it on was able to continue fighting until their body had quite literally been torn to shreds.

So long as Kimaris’s magic was active, actually killing a knight was nigh-impossible. They could keep going even after they lost limbs, were stabbed through the heart, or even had their heads bashed in. In fact, some of them kept going even when their heads were cut off. ZVol 6 p124

Powernull:
Selm’s special magic was called Forbidden Command. He’d awoken to it when he’d become half-apostle, and it allowed him to prevent the activation of the person he specified’s special magic. ZVol 5 p187
“I can’t activate my teleportation?!” Naiz shouted, confused. That was Sone’s special magic, Purge Territory. It caused mana around him to dissipate, much like it did in the Reisen Gorge. He could extend his power as far as ten meters out from him. ZVol 5 p193

Power mimicry and null:
"The reason your Heavencrushes were destroyed was because of his special magic, Golden Rule,” Oscar explained.

“What’s that?” Miledi asked, prompting Oscar to frown as he analyzed the data his glasses were giving him.

After Lyutillis had mastered evolution magic, he’d added the ability to analyze all information he saw to his glasses with her help. While it wasn’t as accurate as Lyutillis’s magic, it still told him enough.

“It’s special magic that lets you copy your opponent’s magic.”

“Now that’s just cheating!”

“Wait, does that mean he can use our magic as well?”

“I’m not sure how well he’ll be able to wield ancient magic right after copying it, but yeah. At the very least, he can cancel out our spells. The one silver lining is that he can only copy one type of magic a time" ZVol 6 p147

Poison manipulation:
All of those scalpels were coated with Solas’s specially made poison, created with his special magic, Toxic Excretion. ZVol 6 p57

Paralysis, Pain & Perception manipulation:
“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!” Sui yelled out in pain as her entire body trembled as though she’d been struck by lightning...and then, she crumpled to the ground.

That was Besshu’s special magic, Seraphic Eye. So long as he could see someone, he could paralyze them, make them see or hear things, block their senses, including touch, or make them suffer phantom pains. It was far worse than knocking someone unconscious, since they were tortured by their own senses for as long as he continued to stare at them. ZVol 5 p194

Regeneration negation:
Meanwhile, the female knight Fira’s magic (Stigmata) made it so any wound she caused couldn’t be healed. It worked on both living beings and objects, and the only thing that could reverse the damage it caused was restoration magic. Even the Holy Sword’s automatic regeneration couldn’t stand against it. ZVol 5 p197

Stat amp:
This catgirl possessed the unique magic Acceleration. Acceleration boosted not only her physical speed, but the speed of her thoughts and reaction times as well. ZVol 2 p109
The aura extended to his equipment, including his shield. This man was Boutice Vaan, a brigade commander. His particular special magic was Rampart. The combination of his sturdy build, special magic that raised his defenses, and high-level equipment made him nigh-invincible and he was known among his men as the indomitable fortress. ZVol 2 p226

Soul/Mind manipulation:
“Her name’s Melissa. And she possesses the special magic Penmaster.”

Normally, Liberators coming to Esperado needed a letter of introduction before they were accepted by the city branch. Melissa’s special magic allowed her not to analyze people’s writing, but rather to see a memory of that person writing whatever she was looking at. ZVol 3 p46
"If you’re so eager to die, you can go with him—Sacred Way!”

“Ngh?! What’s this?!”

Sacred Way was a special magic that allowed the user to synchronize with someone’s soul to figure out where they were, read their surface-level thoughts, and misdirect them. Kaime had used it to synchronize with the information on Laus’s soul that had been stored in the Heretic’s Stained Goblet, then amplified its powers so it could sense Laus if he was within a few dozen meters of him. The reason he’d attacked the train and revealed himself was to throw Laus off for a second, giving him a chance to synchronize with the real Laus’s soul and track him perfectly. That was the strange feeling Laus had been sensing throughout the fight.

Once Kaime had synchronized with a soul, only a spirit magic user could undo his magic. And while Laus could cancel it out, he was weakened enough that Kaime could just cast it again. ZVol 5 p196

Telekinesis: (This a property of mana)
Bittle’s special magic was Telekinesis. He could wrap his mana around anything he could see and control it remotely. It couldn’t be used directly on living creatures with their own mana pools, but it was still a powerful ability. ZVol 6 p 104

Weather manipulation:
“That’s Stormlight, Lucifer’s special magic,” Oscar explained. “It lets him—”

“Control the weather, yeah! You can tell just by looking at it!” Miledi shouted, interrupting him. ZVol 6 p148

This should be a limited Precognition ability too. Agree to the rest

Clairvoyance seems a little odd to me, but I'm not sure what ability could replace it in this case, so I guess it's fine, good CRT.
