I think Ariana can pull this one off pretty easily. First off, Astral Energy is a rule breaker ability that bypasses the ability to Regenerate. With AP Advantage, she can potentially win this one. Expert illusionary abilities should throw Atlia off to the point where she won't know what to block with her shield. As for the forcefield, Ariana's Intangibility should help her get through that field, but if it doesn't, she could just break through with AP Advantage. Her healing abilities should allow her to last in this fight too

Just a side-note, Atlia's shield is around the same size as herself as it's default position

...yeah, Ariana seems to have this won pretty handily. More experienced (somehow), a massive AP and Stamina advantage (City level+ vs. maybe Baseline, can fight for days on end vs. 'just' very high, with the mentality of a lazy human child), and seemingly capable resistance to most anything Atlia'd throw at it. On top of that, all of her stuff isn't magical, at all, i.e. her Magic Absorption won't work on it.
