Are there still revisions being done on TES?

I see many big changes have finally been made to the TES characters, but I also see many character pages were removed as long with other characters having no change whatsoever. I have no idea what is going on. Are there still revisions going on or is this the state of things? I don't want my tribunal boys (and girl) to be gone
