Are individuals with Intangibility immune to telepathic or psychic attacks?

well, most telepaths/esps use waves as their source/counduits, so if they (the intangible ones) can make the waves pass through them, then yes, they are immune. but they would need to make their heads intangible.

Unless they show feats it would be a NLF to think otherwise. Example: Lille is intangible but he is still affected by reality warping powers. If this feat didn't exist, people would say he is intangible to reality warping powers.

I think it always depends how the ability exactly works
