Uh, you might have missed a key there. Post-Tsukihime Arcueid is only Mountain/Island level. I think the one you wanted to use is Melty Blood Arcueid.

Just glancing at Simon's profile and well, he has nothing that can put Arcueid down between her regen and her nature as an offshoot of Gaia (she will exist until the Earth itself is killed).

Simon is screwed once Arcueid pulls out Marble Phantasm and dices him to his ankles.
