Skill wise, Goku would lead.

If Goku has Archie’s Super Form powers and resistances, seems like this match, H2H skill matters the most. I guess the only thing going for Sonic is that he is faster than other Super Forms.

But other than Speed, Goku has all the advantages, plus his own Ultra instinct powers.

If this was Pre-Genesis Archie, I'd say Sonic takes it. But, IIRC Super Sonic in Post-Genesis is not the same as Pre-Genesis. I could be wrong on this, but Xeno Goku should still outhax, even with his lesser physical advantage.
