Mal really is just Low 2-C, she's a fair bit below the strength of demon lords who can control multiple planes of the Abyss (I didn't even know she existed before Zach introduced her as a character here).

She's not a smurf but she does have good hax for Tier 2. Which basically ensures D&D is lurking somewhere in the background for strongest of the tier behind said smurfs (WoD and TES included).
