Let's say arceus's plates are basically enough to resist universal level time and space manipulation without even a scratch,and other types as well,depending on the type of plates arceus uses to counter.

i don't really like arceus fights because of the plates, and the pis of that awfull movie. if it's a death battle i think the sailor scouts would win if it's just k.o. then arceus.
