Arceus dimension

The fact that the Arceus dimension is above that of Dialga and Palkia would not be a High 2-A feat?
 
No because it was not implied many many universes higher and no higher dimensions stuff nor difference about it between them.
 
From what I can see, it's not necessarily a higher dimension, but shows that Arceus is a far more powerful 2-B than the creation trio.
