Arale vs. Annoying Dog

Annoying Dog, he literally created the entire Undertale Universe with a Bark-to-Text program and far surpasses every other Undertale Character by an Infinte amount, Arale can casually planet bust and One-shot Vegeta but Annoying Dog Dwarfs Multiverse Busting characters like Asriel by an Infinite amount, Annoying dog wins by a landslide. (I'm not saying Arale is weak or anything I'm just saying the Annoying Dog is a Stupendously strong Character)
