IMO, Sora with Drive Forms including Limit Form > Aqua with Ghost Form > Aqua base > Sora base

Round 1 and 3 to Sora, round 2 to Aqua

I'd argue Ghost Form Aqua with renewal barrier would surpass Limit or Final Form Sora. remember Aqua can cure just from blocking, and its a 360 degree barrier, can block in mid air, and heals relative to the damage of the attack.

Not sure about round 3, but the first 2 go to Aqua, defeating single-handlely Ventus-Vanitas (with chiblade) is a better feat than beating Xemnas. k
