AP question

It indicates that he’s stronger than six (at least) average ones working together, and that if he reaches the limit of his potential, he’s likely to be stronger than any individual magical creatures. But nothing here implies he’s stronger than all magical creatures together.

it means that he has the potential to be above everyone in the world

Let's talk about Askin Nakk Le Vaar.: bleach

He must be Scale Far Above those Madjinn Since 6 of them still not enough to matching him in term of Magic power.

Actually, I think I expressed myself wrong. What I am asking is whether he can be considered 6 times stronger than an individual monster

Did he? We still don’t treat that as requiring 6x power, but it also doesn’t look like he did. The creatures don’t look like their lined up in a way that would allow them to have all been hit with a single attack, and one even was hit in two places. The narration also indicates that he took out six over the course of the entire conflict, not in one shot.
