What kind of AP would one need to break the arm of a combat ready peak human in one blow? Street level+ perhaps?

AP needed to break a peak human's arm?

as gremmy said, it depends on how it is done, for example: taking the arm between both hands and smashing it at ones knee can be done by even average humans,
on the other hand, if someone stomps on a arm while said arm lies on the ground would take trained human/athete human lvl since the flesh would get injured but hardly the bones,
anway, i would say AP is around average human to trained/athlete human lvl
