you can apply the formula for kinetic energy, K=1/2mv², since we don't know the time it took him, let's assume it's between 1 and 5 seconds, we take the average so (1+5)/2=3 seconds, which gives us a velocity of 3669.3 m/s, applying the formula we get K=1/2(89.675 kg) (3669.3 m/s)²≈6.04×10⁸ J (9-A, Small Building Level).
