Well, Enerjak is likely faster in base form, so he could potentially use his superior speed to reality warp Anti-Monitor out of existence.
Then again, that didn't work on Super Sonic, so I doubt it would work on AM. I would say:
R1: AM wins low-mid difficulty
R2: Enerjak wins mid difficulty.
