Resistance to Human Technology/Kaiju Abilities (Kaiju with a Fortitude of 10.0 or higher are said to be in a domain where their emergence signifies the end of human civilization, and thus their fortitude cannot be measured by human technology and cannot be neutralized by the current assortment of weaponry that the Defense Force has developed to use against Kaiju [Chapter 121] that typically utilizes the uni-organs from Kaiju to gain their attributes, and these weapons would include that of those created from the corpses of Identified Kaiju, the Identified Kaiju Weapons aka Numbers [Chapter 35])

- Going to try again for this for Meireki Era Daikaiju’s Invisible Blade. So, Billy has the ability to create these invisible blade, typically by using its runes as a conduit [Chapter 114]. However, the Kaiju has been shown creating these invisible slashes without needing to utilize runes, allowing it to cut the space where its targets are at instead of cutting them specifically, both with [Chapter 116] and without hand gesture [Chapter 114], as well as cut targets from afar by projecting the runes in front of its face instead of on a target [Chapter 117]. So essentially, Billy utilize the rune to target specific targets/area, but overall it doesn’t have to do so to use the Invisible Blade but when not using the rune, the blade cut the space of where the target is)
