I don't think Dusknoir can even touch that one because he's immune to everything he has along with physical attacks. This is a stomp.

He doesn't resist/isn't immune to Transmutation, Power Nullification, Status Effect Inducement, Gravity Manipulation, Hellfire Manipulation (which are usually far superior to regular flames), Earth Manipulation, and probably some others.

I also realized that Dusknoir has him beat in Lifting Strength so he could just hold him still long enough to do any of the above listed things you mentioned.
