DND unironically has resistances to practically every power on this site. The whole reason it isn’t on the profiles is because it would bloat them to hell and the blog on them is still incomplete. Also Orcus has an infinite scaling chain in this key last I checked. How high into 2-A is Anos?

Infinite as in, Infinite^Infinite and so on? If so then yes. The scaling chain essentially goes for the baseline 2-As "Prime Material Plane consists of infinite timelines, there are infinite Prime Materials, every layer of the Outer Planes is equal in size to the Prime Material Plane, there are infinite layers, certain layers possess yet deeper creations within them (like Baator having infinities in its technically finite spaces)".

This is correct. Afaik he's the only 2-A who is questionable. Lady of Pain, shockingly enough, also does not have 1-A stuff as while she is far stronger in terms of tier and scope of abilities than the gods, she is not a god herself, thus not included in the statement that grants 1-A shit. That's not relevant to this match, it's just an interesting little factoid about why Lady is ironically one of the fairer fights you can get into.

Some of this has been retconned or varies from source to source, but the Magic Use is the primary thing that has not been retconned, and the primary argument for 1-A shit, just so it's known I'm not speaking out of my ass. I can try to find the 1-A shit scan too but the most relevant ones come from one of the Dragon issues and that makes it a pain in the ass to find.

I mean the 1-A stuff is entirely irrelevant here. Orcus’ hax has an infinite scaling chain behind it (plus it stomps that chain). Anos has a 99 chain behind it. Any of Orcus’ abilities are going to work and a large majority could incap Anos despite his regeneration. (Just want to say it is late where I live and I have a test tomorrow morning, so I’ll be back if this thread is still open tomorrow)

Fair enough. I do need to hunt down the scan eventually though, since we're trying to be better about having all scans on all profiles where relevant, but that saves me the time tonight, at least. I'll leave this open for now, in case anything needs said.
