Annihilating and manipulating gravitons

What level of matter manip do you need to manipulate, create and annihilate gravitons?

It is a theoretical particle associated with gravity. In string theory, a graviton is a closed string and unlike everything that is made of open strings this means that graviton can escape into other universes because it isn't attached to the branes

In quantum mechanics every particle is also a vibrating wave, graviton is different from other particles because it can supposedly vibrate into extra dimensions

If it has to deal with Quantum mechanics and is comparable to 1-D strings, you would need Quantum Level.
