Interesting choice of battle but I think Edeavor is far more versatile than Anko with his flight and range and flames that can ignore durability to an extent

Anko doesn't seem to have anything that Endeavor can't just burn away. Her snakes don't seem helpful, and illusion clones won't stop his massive AoE and range attacks.

One Hellspider and Anko gets turn into mincemeat, and unlike High-End, she can't regenerate.

I vote for Endeavor via higher AP, Range/AoE, and limited flight.

Endeavor should take this without too much trouble due to his AP, Fire, Versatility, and Anko's lack of Regenerationn.
