Anime don't have "composite" profiles, but profiles with their forms all split. Comics however have for some cases seperate eras or franchise, so...

This isn't really true.
Canonicity is case specific.
There's series where the anime is accepted as canon to the manga such as Boruto and even series where the anime is the primary canon superior to the manga such as Bleach (TYBW specifically). Then there's series where the anime is not considered canon (or rather as a separate canon/story) at all, like Solo Leveling or Tokyo Ghoul. This is because some anime have direct confirmation that the author was working on it to keep it canon and some don't and instead contradict the manga canon.
Comic books are just 99% of the time falling into the latter category because they're usually not a direct adaptation of the comics. At best they semi-adapt or take inspiration from the original comics but they almost never do a direct 1:1 adaptation.
