The attack that cracked the computer took time to charge up and isn't omehting they can just do with regular attacks.

We could just add an extra key then for the buffed form. We already have the amped up image on i did.

And it is already specified on his profile that it needs time to charge up.

Someone removed the ''charging up'' part i typed in. Now it looks like if it's a normal attack. But the images and gifs should describe it more than clearly.

Well they look to b 10C with that attack only but they were stomping the Animator together so maybe a second key would work, but would they still be at that level of power afterwards.

I don't know, honestly. That's why i prefer leaving him at 11-A, 10-C with the final attack
