Yeah I've been sitting in this for awhile, for pretty much no reason since this is as straightforward as it comes

At the moment Noda and many other characters are scaled to High 8-C for reasons I have genuine difficulty comprehending, this quote is the only thing that I can find that actually seems that strong, and... it isn't. Localized earthquakes are unquantifiable and literally every other feat in the verse (including the variety linked on Kanade's page) is 9-B. This makes more sense when she has to use a specific ability to be able to withstand bullets.

Apparently there's a better version of one of the feats (and I missed Kep doing an end that was 8-C+ all this time, but the math was bad anyways)

So the revision would be to 9-A

Contentment is quite vague. The actual power of the earthquake cannot actually be calculated. 9-A should be sufficient for feat such as this

Anyways given supporters aren't active (and despite the fact I've left this sitting for over a year), I suppose a proper thread mod/admin evaluation should be fine to sign off on this, given it is ultimately just an issue of a calculation to an already used feat

If there is nothing else supporting the Tier 8 rating. I'm fine with the downgrade to 9-A.
