this is theCenter for Chaos Containment resetting all of Henry's retrys as the multiverse got cloged, witch is outside help and it would bring him way back in time even if it was induced, it's self BFR

Henry's resets doesn't work like that. In each situation, Henry got several options to choose from, and can reset back to the choice in case of a fail.

However, Henry only got a limited amount of option in each case so that wouldn't involve the CCC.

That said, there are some cases that Henry will be defeated or killed regardless of the options, so this wouldn't always save him
