why is Anakin skywalker 7B for cutting somone like general grevous but Luke high 7A for doing the exact same thing?? its only logical for anakin to get the upgrade or luke a downgrade or is there something im missing?.

Anakin gets scaled to other Councillor level Jedi bar the likes of Windu and Yoda. Luke as of RoTJ gets scaled to Vader who I believe has a High 7-A telekinesis feat. Anakin has no such TK feats.

Simply put - RoTJ Luke = Vader (who surpassed end of Clone Wars Anakin)

but the profile say small island level for cutting someone similar to general grevious durability , shouldn't it be small island level via powerscaling from vader

He's not High 7-A for cutting people with that level of durability. All the lightsaber wielding Force Adept profiles for the Disney canon have that on their profiles as a separate AP rating for with the lightsaber itself. People get confused because they have no separate key in the "Tier" sub-heading for it. I plan on bringing the issue up again soon. But you're going to have to wait a few weeks. There might be something in the Star Wars Rebels Season 3 finale that may result in a major AP boost for Disney canon lightsabers.
