Since the last one was an AP stomp, I figured I'd try again. I made sure to look at the AP values this time.

9-A forms (Dragon Hybrid form for Isis)

Isis scales to 0.161 tons while Otus is 0.13 tons.

Speed is equalized.

Battle takes place in a random orchard.

Starting distance is 15 meters

Right, this one is kinda hard for me, but I'm siding with Isis here. Otus has some seriously impressive feats under his belt, but he has no counter to the majority of Isis' hax. Particularly, the light forcefield/energy beam combo, and the magma from her tail. Usually, Otus' best way of moving about on the battlefield is by having Twig thwip him to the other side of the field, but the forcefield seems instantaneous, and I don't think he'll get around that with his thread. Otus does also have limited Attack Reflection with his Owl Cloak, but there's no way he'll survive an omni-directional assault like that, plus it's useless against the magma, or heaven forbid, the multiplying snakes. Add onto that the fact that Isis actually has the AP advantage, and this is pretty decisive in the dragon's favor.

Also, do you have any other matches you can suggest for Isis? I'm having a bit of difficulty finding a good one for her.

Lastly, I didn't see the Attack Reflection listed in his powers and abilities section. It may be a good idea to add it. It seems like a pretty solid ability.

Also, I'm not sure if this changes things, but Isis almost always starts off with her snakes. She may transition into the forcefield/energy beam combo later. But she starts off my summoning a few dozen snakes in almost every battle.
