Gonna go with Nihilus for his hax.

Force Drain will let him just feed off of Toneri, who I don't think has a way to really stop him.

Nihilus' telepathy and telekinesis will counter Toneri's more likely than not.

The only real hang up are Toneri's TSB's but Nihilus also has matter manipulation at the subatomic level, so yeah...

Nihilus also has precog to give him warning of what Toneri is going to do.

Nihilus is probably on Traya's level of telepathy, who can affect the Exile, who have been described by Ithorians of tanking the "pain of whole worlds" simply by being a Wound in the Force. Plus, Meetra has made telephatic Bonds with whole planets, something that Traya used in her plans to destroy The Force. Nihilus' simple speech induce insanity on others.

Actually, Nihilus can speech induce death on others, and presence-induce mind hax to a degree to turn Visas Marr into a completely nihilistic person who sees no meaning in anything.

Because death is simply a byproduct/end result of his Force Draining. He drain and feeds off of your life force until you die.
