Amplifying another person's statistics (such as AP, Striking Strength, etc.)

I was wondering, if a Tier 0 character were to amplify the power of an inferior character (such as a Multiverse level character) to a level that absolutely transcends infinitely-layered hierarchies and dimensional levels conceptually and existentially (if it's even possible for a Boundless character to be able to amplify statistics to that godlike of a degree), would it be classified as Power Bestowal, Statistics Amplification, or Blessed?
