Just wanted to see if I could make them. While yes, it is a free-to-play game, it does have some good speed and hax feats, and it is recognized by a few other wikis. What do you guys think?

Being Free-to-play shouldn't make it unusuable for the wiki. It's more of a popularit matter.

Cool. Have you played the game? If so, could you help me discover tiers? I know all of the hax, and they have rel+ speed, but I don't know any AP beyond wall.
