Okay so when I was making the profile for Amelia Clementine, I gave her Telekinesis because of the feat below, but only now have I come to realized that it's more likely to be a form of Vector Manipulation.
1. My main pointer towards this conclusion is that Amelia specifically states that she removes the velocity as a whole from the bullet, this in turn causes the bullet to drop as if it were never shot. The only downside to this is that she does in fact say she must focus on the projectile, meaning she can probably only target one thing at a time.
