Amaterasu vs Yukari

I would say Yukari, because they can manipulate the concept of being attacked. If you simply can't attack someone, and since the concept of omnipotence (the only power that could null this) is controversial on this wiki, if you cant attack someone, you cant attack them. Therefore, amateratsu has no way to win. So yukari, definitely.
