Infinite stamina can't be given without a tireless statement from what I've dug up Alucard or vampires as a whole have Jack and shit of those

He's def way and beyond superhuman (which doesnt really make it not sh but shrug). But yeah, I don't recall it being infinite, even if it's absolutely ******* insane.
