Speed is equalised. Mercer in his first key is being used. Alucard is in his first key and 8-B is barred. SBA otherwise.

Can't Alucard neg Mercer's regen?

I don't think Alucard's guns has ever shown to negate Regenerationn on his own level (Low-High). I don't even think there are even statements that suggests that Alucard's guns can negate his own Regenerationn and kill him. Plus, his profile especially states that his guns nullifies Vampire Regenerationn. Alex Mercer isn't a vampire (it doesn't help that other supernatural creatures exists in the Hellsing-verse, such as Werewolves, and there isn't anything to suggest that Alucard's guns can negate non-vampiric Regenerationn from a werewolf's like The Captain either), so the guns working on him is already pretty questionable based on that.

Last I've checked, one of the only instances that Alucard has used his guns against non-vampire users with Regenerationn was against Alexander Anderson with Helena's Nail... Which failed to do anything as Anderson (who has inferior Regenerationn inferior to Alucard at that) regenerated from the shots from Alucard's guns anyways, and has to literally rip Anderson's heart out with the nail on it to even kill Anderson. I think that seems to be proof enough that Alucard's guns doesn't work against Regenerationn from non-vampire users.

Without his guns, Alucard has no way to put Mercer down, while all Mercer needs to do is absorb Alucard or have all the molecules of Alucard's body become infected upon being scratched even once by any of Mercer's attack (in the Prototype narrative/lore, being bitten or scratched by an Infected results in the target being infected by the virus).

Hence, why I said that Alex Mercer noms Alucard as the ultimate outcome of this match.

I mean, Alucard vs Alex Mercer matches has been made thought up many times, but it's not actually a fair of a match in reality as it is cool on paper, so I really can't blame you for thinking of this matchup.
